These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Golden Fix Car, operated by GOLDEN MECHANIC MOTOR VEHICLE, located in Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By delivering a vehicle or requesting any service, the customer agrees to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

The workshop provides automotive repair and maintenance services including mechanical, electrical, body repair, painting, diagnostics, programming, detailing and RTA inspection preparation.

Repair duration may vary depending on the fault type, parts availability or technical inspection results.

​

2. Inspection and Diagnosis

An initial inspection is conducted to identify visible faults. Additional issues may appear during repair.

The customer will be informed before performing additional paid repairs whenever possible.

Diagnostic and inspection fees are non-refundable if the customer declines repair.

3. Spare Parts

Parts used may include Genuine, OEM or Aftermarket parts depending on customer choice or market availability.

The workshop is not responsible for delays caused by parts suppliers.

4. Warranty

Limited warranty applies only to workmanship errors.

Warranty does not cover:

  • misuse

  • accidents

  • neglect

  • failures from unrelated components

  • recurring electrical faults in older vehicles

Warranty does not apply to used parts or parts supplied by the customer.

5. Payment and Vehicle Release

Full payment must be completed before vehicle release.
The workshop has the right to retain the vehicle until payment is settled.

6. RTA Inspection

The workshop prepares the vehicle for RTA inspection and applies professional care to improve passing chances. However, the final decision belongs to the official inspection authority.

The workshop is not responsible if the vehicle fails due to hidden defects not disclosed by the owner or not detectable during standard inspection.

7. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery service is provided for customer convenience.
The workshop is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Customers must remove valuables before handing over the vehicle

 

8. Storage Fees

If the vehicle is not collected after readiness notification, a storage fee of AED 50 per day will apply.

9. Uncollected Vehicles

If the vehicle is not collected within 3 days, daily storage charges will apply.

If the vehicle remains uncollected for more than 15 days, the workshop reserves the right to take legal action under Dubai regulations. The vehicle owner will be responsible for all related costs including storage, parking, legal fees and the repair invoice.

10. Previous Damage

The workshop is not responsible for:

  • pre-existing damage

  • hidden faults

  • unrelated failures after repair

  • mechanical issues caused by vehicle condition

  • ​

11. Force Majeure

The workshop is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond control such as supplier delays, technical failures, power outages, natural events or government regulations.

12. Liability Acceptance

Vehicle collection after repair constitutes acceptance of the vehicle condition and workmanship unless a complaint is reported within 24 hours.
